PREAMBLE

The purpose of these General Conditions of Sale is to govern the terms and conditions as well as the modalities under which Hello World (hereinafter referred to as the SERVICE PROVIDER) provides its services to its Customers. ARTICLE 1- PURPOSE AND FIELD OF APPLICATION

The SERVICE PROVIDER offers website creation, production, redesign, referencing and maintenance services.

The CUSTOMER is informed of the estimate of the General Conditions of Sale and can consult them at any time on the PRESTAIRE website. Consequently, any order placed by the CUSTOMER on behalf of the SERVICE PROVIDER implies unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

ARTICLE 2 - DURATION

The website creation or redesign services are understood to be excluding the purchase of domain name and hosting, these being the responsibility of the customer. The SERVICE PROVIDER can offer the CUSTOMER to contract with his partner, but the CUSTOMER is free the choice of its supplier.

ARTICLE 4- RIGHT OF PUBLICITY

4.1. References

CIENT authorizes the SERVICE PROVIDER to cite its name and corporate name as well as its URL, screenshots of its web pages, as references for the commercial promotion of the SERVICE PROVIDER.

4.2 Footnote

The CUSTOMER agrees to include at the bottom of each page of his website the discreet mention "site created by Hello World" possibly accompanied by a link pointing to www.helloworld-agency.com and logo

ARTICLE 5 - SPECIFICATIONS AND QUOTES

5.1. Specifications

The CLIENT is advised to provide the SERVICE PROVIDER with specifications for the website that they wish to have produced and completed in as much detail as possible. Once approved by both parties, these specifications will no longer be subject to changes and will serve as the basis for the establishment of the estimate by the SERVICE PROVIDER.

5.2. Quote "Realization or redesign of website"

The quote is sent by email to the CUSTOMER in PDF format. Acceptance of the quote implies a good understanding of this document by the CUSTOMER.

The quote is valid from the date of issue and does not bind the CLIENT until the latter has confirmed having accepted the proposed offer. After this period, the SERVICE PROVIDER is authorized to modify the price. prices agreed orally or published on the website www.helloworld-agency.com are binding on the SERVICE PROVIDER only if they have been confirmed by a written offer by PDF or by email.

IN CASE of acceptance, the CUSTOMER must print the PDF estimate, sign it, affix the date and the handwritten mention "GOOD FOR AGREEMENT". Any estimate signed by the CUSTOMER is worth an order form. The deposit, by

check or transfer, in the amount of 50% of the total sum, except for other conditions mentioned in the estimate, is worth an accort and takes the place of the order form.

The estimate accepted by the CLIENT commits both parties.

The SERVICE PROVIDER reserves the right to refuse an order with a customer for whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order.

ARTICLE 6- CLIENT'S COMMITMENT

6.1. Provision of access codes

The CLIENT undertakes to provide the SERVICE PROVIDER with all the information required to ensure the performance of the services provided for in this contract, and in particular the access codes to its hosting server so that the SERVICE PROVIDER can proceed with the installation of the website and intervene for the maintenance of this site.

The service covered by this contract, if it is specified above, is exclusively submitted to the service provider.

The provider alone will ensure the subject of this contract exclusively without the customer imposing any collaboration whatsoever.

6.2. Provision of content

The CUSTOMER undertakes to provide all the elements (texts, images, videos and sounds, product database) necessary for the performance of the contract and to collaborate with the SERVICE PROVIDER by making available any document or information that may be requested. by the PROVIDER in one of
