What a digital marketing agency for clinics in Morocco actually does

  • Presence audit: website, Google profile, directories, social media, reviews, compliance of existing content.
  • Compliant website: sober, fast, multilingual, with booking and a "prepare your visit" page.
  • Google Business Profile: creation or takeover, updates, real photos, review replies following a charter.
  • Booking and reminders: online module, SMS or WhatsApp reminders, easy confirmation and cancellation.
  • AI front-desk assistant: answers practical questions 24/7, no medical advice, hand-off to the team.
  • Health education: articles and short videos approved by a doctor.
  • Data protection: minimal forms, consent, secure hosting, support with the CNDP declaration.
  • Measurement: online bookings, attended appointments, calls and directions requested from Google.

Our 6-step method

  1. Listening and scoping: specialities, cities, patients, team constraints, rules to follow.
  2. Audit: what exists online, what is wrong, what creates an ethical risk.
  3. Compliance charter: what we publish, what we never publish, who approves, how to reply to reviews.
  4. Set-up: website, Google profile, booking, reminders, AI assistant, tested with the front desk.
  5. Content: a health education calendar, reviewed by the responsible doctor.
  6. Monthly follow-up: a simple dashboard of appointments and no-shows, fixes and improvements.

The indicators to track every month

A clinic's dashboard should not count likes or clicks. It tracks what matters for patients and the organisation:

Indicator What it shows Where to read it
Appointments booked online The share of patients who book without calling Booking tool
Attendance rate The effect of reminders on no-shows Facility calendar
Calls and directions from Google Local visibility Google Business Profile insights
Questions handled by the assistant Time given back to reception AI assistant dashboard
Number of reviews and reply time Perceived quality and reputation follow-up Google Business Profile
Most-read information pages Patients' real questions, for future content Website analytics

Each month these figures are reviewed with reception and management: what works is reinforced, what blocks is fixed. There is no target of "patients to attract": the goal is to serve better those who are already looking for a facility.

Where to invest: the channels that work in Morocco

Channel Role for a clinic Watch out for
Google Business Profile Being found on the map, hours, directions, calls Review replies that reveal no treatment
Website Inform, reassure, book Facility name, approved content
SEO Appear in health information and local searches Neutral, dated, signed content
WhatsApp Reminders, practical questions Consent, no medical details
Social media Practical information and health education No medical advertising, no before/after
Paid advertising To avoid for doctors Banned for medical promotion; check any other use with the Order

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Leaving an "orphan" Google profile. Created automatically or by someone else, it shows an old number or wrong hours. Claim it and keep it updated.
  • Posting photos of patients. Even blurred, even with verbal consent, they raise confidentiality and ethics issues. Show the premises and the team members who agree, never patients.
  • Replying to a review in detail. "Your procedure went well, though" publicly confirms treatment. A neutral reply invites the person to contact the facility directly.
  • Asking for medical information in a form. The website form is for contact or booking, not for describing symptoms.
  • Using a speciality domain name. A site like "best-dentist-city" should be avoided: the name must be the doctor's or the facility's.
  • Copying practices from other countries. What is done elsewhere in medical marketing is not necessarily allowed in Morocco. Local rules come first.
  • Forgetting to update the website. A doctor who left, a closed service, a changed number: every wrong detail costs a pointless call or a lost patient.

How much does a clinic digital marketing agency cost in Morocco?

The budget depends on what already exists, the number of practitioners and languages, and the tools to connect. Here are the "starting from" prices published today on our service pages. The final price always depends on the quote.

Service Packages Starting from
Website creation Le Pilote (showcase site up to 5 pages, 1 week) · Le Commandant (corporate site, CMS, blog, bilingual, 14 days) · L'Astronaute (custom, 30+ days) MAD 9,000 · 25,000 · 40,000
SEO (per month) Le Pilote SEO (5 to 10 keywords, optimised Google profile, 3 months) · Le Commandant (10 to 30 keywords, 4 months) · L'Astronaute (up to 100 keywords, 6 months) MAD 6,000 · 9,000 · 13,000 per month
AI solutions Pilot offer (1 AI solution in 4 weeks) · Business bundle (2 to 3 solutions, MAD 45,000 to 100,000) · AI transformation MAD 15,000 · 45,000 · 100,000

Note: on the website and SEO pages, the "Le Pilote" package is reserved for companies in their first 24 months of activity, so an established clinic will usually start with Le Commandant. The simplest step is to get a free quote: we start with an audit of your current presence.

How to choose the right agency: questions to ask

  • Do you know the rules of the Moroccan code of medical ethics? How do you apply them in practice?
  • Who approves content before publication? Does the responsible doctor have the final say?
  • How do you reply to negative reviews without breaching medical confidentiality?
  • Where is patient data hosted? Do you help with the CNDP declaration?
  • What do you measure: clicks, or appointments booked and attended?
  • Will the website, Google profile and accounts remain in our name?
  • Can you handle French, Arabic and English?

An agency that immediately proposes Facebook campaigns "to fill the diary" or before/after visuals has not understood the sector.

Frequently asked questions

Can a doctor have a website in Morocco?

Yes. Under the 2021 code of ethics, as reported by Médias24, a website or page is allowed for professional purposes, after informing the regional council, provided it is not used to attract patients. The content stays informative.

Can a clinic run Facebook ads?

Doctors are not allowed to advertise, so campaigns that promote medical procedures or skills are out. An informative Facebook page (hours, access, health education) can exist. For any other use, check with the Order first.

How can we get more Google reviews without buying them?

Simply ask satisfied patients, for example with a link or QR code at reception, with no incentive and no selection. Reply to every review politely, without ever confirming that someone was treated.

Is online booking compatible with data protection?

Yes, if the tool collects the minimum, records consent, hosts data securely and the processing is declared to the CNDP, as required by Law 09-08.

How much does a website for a medical practice cost?

Our websites start from MAD 9,000 for Le Pilote (reserved for companies in their first 24 months) and from MAD 25,000 for Le Commandant, bilingual with a CMS. The final price depends on the quote.

Can a chatbot answer patients?

Yes, for practical questions: hours, directions, documents, appointments. It gives no medical advice and refers to the team or emergency services whenever a question goes beyond its role.

How can we reach international patients in Marrakech?

Without advertising: with clear practical information in English, a complete Google profile, photos of the access and quick WhatsApp replies. Patients find and choose a facility that informs them well.
